Key Responsibilities

• Operate a loading shovel safely and efficiently to transport and distribute concrete materials on site.
• Follow designated routes and schedules to deliver materials to specified locations.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations pertaining to shovel operation and material handling.
• Perform pre-start inspections and conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure deliveries are timely and accurate.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, construction personnel, and other equipment operators to coordinate workflow.
• Report any delays, mechanical issues, or incidents promptly.
• Keep the loading shovel clean and in proper working order by checking fluid levels, tires, and other maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid shovel driver license or certification.
• Proven experience operating a loading shovel in a construction setting.
