About the Role
Programmed Facility Management is recruiting a Lifestyle Coordinator to join a newly established accommodation village in the Pilbara, supporting the client PLS. The Munjuda facility accommodates up to 200 FIFO workers, and this role offers the chance to shape and lead the recreation and lifestyle program from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation and presentation of the gym and recreation areas.
- Create and manage a consistent calendar of recreational, fitness, and social events.
- Organize sporting competitions, themed gatherings, and other initiatives to engage residents.
- Drive participation and foster an inclusive village atmosphere.
- Connect with residents to understand their interests and gather feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Promote activities through suitable communication channels.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Assist with budgeting and keep accurate records of events and activities.
- Collaborate closely with Village Management and the broader site teams.

Candidate Profile
- Energetic and approachable individual passionate about creating positive lifestyle experiences in a FIFO setting.
- Comfortable initiating and running diverse activities that encourage community engagement.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fitness, recreation, and well-being.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the lifestyle program.
- Possesses a current C Class driver's license and First Aid/CPR certifications.
- Holds at least a Certificate II in Fitness, with Certificate IV preferred.
- Has demonstrated experience in lifestyle, recreation, fitness, or event coordination roles.
- Eligible to work long-term in Australia.
