About the Role

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of learning and development theories, training techniques, and talent management processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• The ability to assess learning requirements and translate them into effective development initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with acute analytical thinking.
• A creative approach to designing engaging educational content and exercises.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and working collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems or other digital learning tools.
• Advantageous to have insights into leadership development, coaching methods, assessment instruments, or organizational development strategies.
