Learning & Development Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and employee-centric Learning & Development Manager to spearhead efforts that enhance employees' skills, optimize performance, and support professional advancement. This leader will craft and execute learning initiatives, develop training programs, identify skill gaps, and assess the success of learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager will partner with department heads and internal teams to grasp organizational requirements, developing engaging development solutions that align with business strategies. Responsibilities include managing learning materials, conducting workshops, advancing leadership development, overseeing onboarding processes, and promoting career growth initiatives all framed within a culture that values continuous learning.

Qualifications and Expertise

• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or similar field.
• Deep knowledge of learning and development principles, instructional design, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
• Experience designing structured training programs and clear learning pathways tailored to organizational objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms.
• Proven project management aptitudes and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit dedicated to fostering a positive, continuous learning environment.
