Job description
Job Overview
The Learning Associate plays a crucial role in planning and delivering training across various process areas within the Fulfillment Center. This position focuses on enhancing learning effectiveness and operational productivity by evaluating current training methods and refining techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute training programs for all operational paths within the Fulfillment Center.
- Supervise Instructors and Peer Trainers during new hire onboarding.
- Deliver instructor-led training and coaching adhering to MEATR standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records using the designated console.
- Ensure training materials comply with MEATR standards and foster a positive learning environment.
- Utilize data analysis daily to enhance the new hire learning experience.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainers regarding their delivery and trainee performance.
- Complete all required testing and audits, tracking responses accordingly.
- Organize instructor assignments and oversee cross-training initiatives to meet peak operational skill demands.
- Collaborate with operations to identify skills gaps through skill matrices for essential role training.
- Assist operations in delivering critical role training sessions.
- Contribute to process improvements by collecting feedback and analyzing data.
- Support recruitment efforts for Instructors and Peer Trainers.
- Participate in meetings and provide necessary information as requested.
- Partner with agency managers to enhance performance of new hires.
- Provide input and assistance on MEATR-level projects to drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is preferred.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree holders are preferred.
- Commitment to work flexible shifts as required.
