Lead - Supply Chain

Role Overview

This position focuses on leadership within supply chain talent acquisition, engaging with educational institutions and managing recruitment programs to source and onboard qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain partnerships with universities, ITIs, polytechnics, and placement agencies to support talent sourcing.
• Collaborate with government and private skill development initiatives to enhance recruitment pipelines.
• Lead the implementation and execution of talent acquisition programs on both regional and national scales.
• Organize recruitment-focused events such as job fairs, hackathons, and other engagement activities alongside internal teams.
• Leverage recruitment platforms and CRM systems to track and engage candidates effectively.
• Facilitate automation and analytics projects aimed at optimizing recruitment processes.
• Serve as a communication bridge between external institutions and internal training departments to ensure aligned hiring strategies.
• Coordinate with various cross-functional teams to meet program goals and mentor junior team members to uphold best recruitment practices.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition, supply chain functions, or institutional partnerships, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
