Job description
Role Overview
The Lead Power Systems Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of essential electrical power infrastructure that supports data center functionalities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide and execute detailed electrical system designs and related engineering tasks.
- Assess and optimize power distribution frameworks and their redundancy to ensure reliability.
- Administer and maintain high, medium, and low voltage systems alongside UPS units, generators, transformers, and switching equipment.
- Perform comprehensive studies of the power systems to evaluate and enhance reliability.
- Assist with the purchasing process and oversee testing, commissioning, and operational startup procedures.
- Adhere rigorously to standards maintaining data center power reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Over 15 years of professional experience specializing in critical power infrastructure developments.
- Proven background working with data center power systems, mission-critical applications, or utility-scale projects.
