Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer who will independently lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions that enhance our game development workflows. This position focuses on applied AI, transitioning beyond research to integrate advanced models into tools for creative professionals. You'll be responsible for the entire development lifecycle from concept experimentation to production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex agent management systems using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain, utilizing techniques like MCP and RAG/GraphRAG with tailored skill integration.
• Develop and maintain generative content production pipelines for 2D, 3D, and video creation incorporating technologies like Stable Diffusion and open-source large language models, ensuring smooth integration with digital content creation tools and game engines.
• Implement robust, scalable evaluation frameworks and deploy cost-efficient production AI systems employing Python, FastAPI, AWS technologies (SageMaker, Bedrock), adhering to MLOps best practices.
• Lead technical exploration to resolve ambiguous challenges by constructing proof-of-concepts and collaborating across product and creative teams to define workable, strategic roadmaps.

Professional Qualifications

• A minimum of seven years developing production-level machine learning or AI systems, demonstrating a strong history of code deployment or equivalent skills.
• Specialized expertise in agent architectures, generative workflows, or both, with the ability to handle complex AI frameworks.
• Comfort working in uncertain and rapidly evolving scenarios, enjoying the process of prototyping and iterative development to clarify project direction.
• A pragmatic approach to model utilization, knowing when to deploy off-the-shelf solutions, fine-tune models, or script simple algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with cloud and AI technology stacks including AWS, LangChain/LangGraph, and related frameworks like ComfyUI.
