Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate prospect leads using appropriate online and offline platforms.
- Conduct research on potential customers to determine the most effective methods for outreach.
- Assess and qualify leads based on their interest, potential, and relevance.
- Initiate outbound communication through cold calls, emails, and other methods to engage leads.
- Track and manage leads throughout the sales process effectively.
- Utilize CRM tools to organize and maintain lead data systematically.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients.
- Craft persuasive outreach emails and follow-up communications to transform interest into scheduled meetings.
- Support business development activities with accurate insights and data on leads.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in lead generation, email outreach, or corporate sales is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using email communication tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
Benefits and Work Schedule
- Workdays from Monday to Friday with two Saturdays off per month.
