Job Role Overview
The Laundry Attendant will manage and coordinate the workflows within the Laundry Department, covering both production and dry cleaning sections. This role includes supervising other laundry staff to maintain productivity, conducting weekly inventory checks, and performing other duties assigned by management. The position is pivotal in delivering an exceptional guest experience through efficient laundry operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Recent graduate or minimum of three months training in Housekeeping or Laundry operations
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication
- Basic proficiency in English communication
