Landscape Inspector

Role Overview

This position involves conducting inspections of landscape and public-realm construction works managed by the Lead Developer on behalf of RCRC. The role is site-based and reports directly to the Quality Manager or Technical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of softscape, hardscape, planting, and other landscape-related works in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans.
• Verify the quality of materials and plants against project specifications before and after they are installed.
• Observe relevant testing procedures and monitor Non-Conformance Reports, ensuring their verified resolution.
• Utilize standardized inspection checklists, protocols, and reporting templates consistently across sites.
• Complete inspections as per schedule and maintain comprehensive inspection records.
• Assist in quality reporting and proactively highlight any recurring quality issues.
• Support snagging processes, punch-list resolution, and the handover of public-realm assets.
• Verify that as-built records accurately reflect the constructed works.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, or Civil Engineering.
• Have at least 7 years of relevant experience if holding a degree; alternatively, 12 years of relevant experience without a degree is acceptable.
• Hands-on experience inspecting landscape and public-realm projects encompassing softscape, hardscape, and planting works.
• Familiarity with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection checklists, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and maintaining inspection documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Background in large-scale land development, infrastructure, or public-realm projects.
