Role Overview

This role offers variety and the rewarding experience of making positive improvements in residents' homes. The Labourer will support a wide range of housing maintenance and refurbishment tasks that require practical problem-solving skills and adaptability to various challenges in maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with diverse property maintenance repairs and refurbishments.
• Prepare empty properties for new tenants, including cleaning, clearance, and basic repairs.
• Contribute to reactive maintenance activities as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness and upkeep of estates, primarily in Denbighshire, Flintshire, and Wrexham areas.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will have some familiarity with property maintenance tasks, capable of performing cleaning, removal, and clearance duties efficiently. A valid full driving licence is mandatory due to the nature of travel required within local regions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £13.45 based on a standard 40-hour workweek (approximate annual earnings of £27,976).
• 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with tenure.
