About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Kitchen Steward / Porter to join our newly established team at Longford Forest gastro pub. This position centers on maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen by managing waste disposal, deep cleaning, and operating pot-washing machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and hygienically handle kitchen waste disposal
- Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen and wash-up areas
- Sweep, mop floors, and operate pot-washing equipment

Work Schedule and Conditions
- Flexible full-time and part-time contracts available
- Guaranteed minimum contracted hours over a 4-week period, with potential additional hours as required by operations
- Shifts include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Free transportation is provided to and from work from Ballymahon and Longford Town for colleagues without personal transport
- Higher pay rates apply for Sunday shifts
