Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen Leader while developing your leadership abilities.
• Engage actively in food safety protocols, maintaining high standards and compliance.
• Support and lead the kitchen team, especially during busy periods, assisting with prep and operational standards adherence.
• Ensure consistent flavour, quality, and presentation of food served.
• Manage and follow restaurant prep sheets to keep kitchen operations running efficiently.
• Maintain and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures with focus on operational excellence.
• Oversee hygiene practices, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Conduct regular quality checks including portion control to assure consistency.
• Serve as a vigilant allergen safety gatekeeper, ensuring safe preparation for all customers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of three months experience working with Sprout.
• Good English communication skills to effectively lead team and interact with customers.
• Natural leadership qualities, able to motivate and guide others by example.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to responsibilities.

Compensation

Salary ranges from €15.50 to €16 per hour depending on experience.
