Responsibilities and Candidate Profile

• Support all kitchen activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards and ensure quality in every task performed.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with both the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure workflow is seamless and efficient.
• Embody and promote company values including Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care.
• Hold prior experience as a Kitchen Porter within a restaurant or hotel setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £13.15.
