Kitchen Porter

Role Overview

We are looking for a committed Kitchen Porter to join Compass Group Ireland on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday during daytime hours. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer care within our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas to excellent cleanliness standards
• Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles when needed
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene and Health & Safety protocols as per the training provided

Candidate Profile

• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
• Effective communicator who can easily build rapport with colleagues and customers
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service
• Proactive in making decisions that positively impact customers
• Capable of working well under pressure
• Demonstrates punctuality and consistent reliability
