Role Purpose

As a Kitchen Attendant, you are essential to maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and hygiene standards. Your daily duties will focus on ensuring dishes, utensils, and work areas are spotless, supporting a smooth and efficient kitchen operation that contributes to memorable dining experiences.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using both commercial dishwashers and manual methods
• Manage waste removal and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors through sweeping and mopping
• Apply cleaning chemicals correctly following the specified sequence to ensure effective disinfection
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasoning blends

Skills and Experience Required

• Prior hands-on experience in kitchen duties or cleaning is advantageous
• Display a proactive, positive approach to work and a motivated mindset
• Ability to work well within a diverse team in a fast-moving environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary
