About the Role
Mosaic Lebanese Restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join their culinary team. This crucial role involves preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, slicing, and cutting as needed to support the Chef.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meal ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing vegetables and other food items as required.
- Support kitchen staff by assisting with unloading food supplies from delivery vehicles.
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, cooking tools, and cutting boards are thoroughly washed and dried according to hygiene standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience performing similar kitchen assistant duties.
