- Manage escalations with internal departments and senior customer decision-makers to achieve effective solutions.

- Track expirations, renewals, releases, and risks to limit business exposure.
- Deliver routine reports and analysis related to payment status, disputes, customer interactions, and financial risks.
- Support internal workshops, client meetings, and executive reviews aimed at resolving payments and enhancing cash flow.
- Engage in continuous initiatives that enhance collection processes and decrease Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

- Establish credibility through transparent, consistent communications with a customer-first focus.
- Maintain detailed familiarity with each account’s contracts, payment records, securities, and dispute situations.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, and Project teams to synchronize actions through to resolution.
- Implement disciplined follow-up, tracking, and escalation processes to drive progress.
- Exercise sound judgment balancing customer relationships with safeguarding cash flow and mitigating risks.
- Utilize data and reports to pinpoint trends, highlight exposures, and facilitate informed decisions.
- Address challenges with accountability, honesty, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Conduct sensitive commercial and contractual discussions with professionalism and integrity.
