Key Account Manager - Retail

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Key Account Manager based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in retail and key account management, specializing in handling major retail clients in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with retail and major power retail accounts throughout the UAE.
• Oversee key clients including Carrefour, Lulu, Sharaf DG, Jumbo, Emax, Amazon, Noon, and other significant retail chains.
• Drive sales performance, maximize revenue growth, and increase distribution and market share within assigned accounts.
• Formulate and implement account strategies involving promotions, pricing, and sell-out plans.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activities, visibility commitments, and yearly business plans with retail partners.
• Monitor sales metrics, inventory levels, sales forecasts, and maintain product availability standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless account management operations.
• Identify new business prospects and build strong ties with key retail decision-makers.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience managing retail and power retail accounts in the UAE.
• Established connections with leading retailers and individual key buyers.
• Preferred background in consumer electronics, IT, FMCG, mobile devices, or related sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship management abilities.
• In-depth understanding of the UAE retail market.
