Job description

About the Company and Role

At Arrive, we are committed to transforming urban mobility by guiding customers and communities toward brighter futures and more livable cities. Our core values—curiosity, focus, and collaboration—drive us in delivering innovative solutions globally. We invite you to join our ambitious journey as a Junior Solutions Manager, a role critical in supporting local sales teams and ensuring technical precision during pre-sales phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical consultant during the entire sales process by assessing customer needs, aligning them with our products, and effectively addressing objections.
  • Contribute to the preparation of complex RFPs, RFIs, and tenders by creating reusable templates, content libraries, and strategic themes together with your peers.
  • Translate client requirements into compelling value propositions while feeding back unmet needs to the Product Management team.
  • Present customized product demonstrations that emphasize unique differentiators, technical strength, and alignment with our product roadmap using engaging narratives.
  • Support sales teams by delivering product training and crafting localized resources such as battlecards and playbooks.
  • Promote Arrive’s products and brand presence at events, webinars, and industry forums.

Candidate Profile

  • You identify as a motivated, cooperative individual comfortable at the junction of technology and sales, with a strong willingness to grow and effectively communicate technical information.
  • Enjoy solving problems through cross-department collaboration, building client trust, and advocating for innovative technical solutions while fostering a learning culture.
  • You proactively stay informed on market trends and customer needs, and are willing to travel as required to support your role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • At least two years in sales engineering or technical support roles, preferably with industrial hardware products in B2B environments.
  • Profound understanding of terminals or kiosk systems—their operation, components, integration, and maintenance—as well as knowledge in electronic payments, database systems, artificial intelligence, and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clarifying complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in conducting technical training for sales teams paired with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level); French proficiency is advantageous.

Location

This position is based in Kiel, Germany.
