Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Overview

Bulls Vision Group is seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth of the Encore Affiliates project. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for those beginning their career journey, eager to gain expertise in affiliate marketing, business development, and sales through publisher outreach and network expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential publishers such as blogs, influencer sites, coupon platforms, cashback services, and price comparison websites.
• Locate and validate publisher contact information using both external research tools and internal databases.
• Maintain and update publisher records within CRM software including Pipedrive and proprietary internal systems.
• Craft and distribute standardized outreach emails to prospective partners.
• Follow up with leads and document communication progress diligently.
• Assist with onboarding procedures for newly acquired publishers.
• Collaborate effectively with Account Management and Business Development teams.
• Carry out daily activities aligned with well-defined key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient in English, especially in reading and writing.
• Possess fundamental to intermediate computer capabilities, including Excel, internet research, and email usage.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with process-driven tasks and adhering to structured workflows.
• Exhibit reliability, a strong work ethic, and consistent performance.
• Eagerness to learn about and grow within the affiliate marketing domain.
• No prior professional experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be supplied.
