Job description
About the Role
Are you curious how customers quickly find the ideal moving company? How can we streamline this process using artificial intelligence? And how can marketing efforts attract even more users? As a Junior Digital Product Manager, you will tackle these challenges by designing seamless digital customer journeys and collaborating closely with developers to integrate your ideas into the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your features, from initial concept through Figma wireframes and technical planning to final release.
- Analyze real customer usage patterns to evaluate and refine the product continually.
- Test new feature ideas and rigorously question existing functionalities to discover improvements.
- Leverage generative AI and large language model (LLM) technologies by identifying practical use cases and transforming them into valuable customer-facing features.
- Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors to ensure the product evolves effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong product and customer orientation, with an eye for simple, intuitive digital experiences and modern design sensibilities.
- Analytical and structured thinker who uses data and user behavior insights to diagnose problems and devise pragmatic solutions.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to rapidly prototype and test new features in an MVP fashion.
- Technical curiosity with quick adaptability to complex systems and enthusiasm for applying GenAI and LLM innovations.
- Self-driven with a sense of ownership to move swiftly from ideation to execution.
- Excellent university degree, preferably in economics, business, technology, or a related field.
- Fluent German language skills at the C2 level and good command of English.
What We Offer
- Meaningful responsibility from day one: work on real products, engage with actual data, and contribute to impactful business decisions.
- A dynamic, startup-like environment within a scale-up, promoting horizontal communication and quick decision-making—great ideas don’t wait.
- Room for initiative to share and experiment with ideas while owning projects that make a difference.
- Accelerated personal development supported by trainings and an annual budget for further education.
- Exposure to diverse aspects of digital product development with opportunities to quickly assume responsibility.
- A vibrant company culture with social events, team gatherings, and casual activities like table football and after-work get-togethers.
- Free healthy snacks, such as fruits, vegetables, muesli, and thrice-weekly complimentary lunches.
- Additional benefits including coverage of the Germany public transportation ticket, subsidized bike leasing, and internal sports classes like yoga and CrossFit.
- Access to external fitness subsidies via EGYM Wellpass to balance work and wellness.
