Job Duties

• Ensure the entire store remains clean and well-maintained.
• Clean shower and restroom areas thoroughly.
• Manage towel washing, loading, and unloading processes for the showers.
• Conduct routine repairs and general maintenance within the store premises.
• Collect and dispose of all trash throughout the travel center.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining excellent facility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated individuals who take initiative.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with team members.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on foot or standing during most work hours.
• Flexible availability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and the skill to address minor repairs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $11.90 to $16.30.
