Job Responsibilities

• Keep the store's overall cleanliness up to company standards.
• Clean and maintain showers and restroom facilities regularly.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used in showers efficiently.
• Conduct minor repairs and general maintenance tasks throughout the store.
• Collect and dispose of all trash on the premises of the travel center.
• Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring facilities are well maintained.

Qualifications

Required:

• Self-motivated individuals with initiative.
• Capable of working effectively as a member of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the shift.
• Willingness and availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to perform minor repairs.
