Job Details

• Full-time position
• Hourly wage: $15.00
• Shift: Afternoon
• Workdays: Monday to Friday
• Shift hours: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Weekly pay

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all floor types through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and powered equipment safely to avoid damage to floors and furnishings
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entryways
• Dispose of trash properly, including use of compactors when applicable
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using suitable cleaning agents and tools
• Perform spot cleaning of carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies as needed
• Comply with scheduled housekeeping duties
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machines such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Perform other tasks assigned according to work scope or customer requirements

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months’ experience in a janitorial role
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
• Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Familiarity with floor care including buffing and waxing techniques
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
