Job Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of assigned indoor areas within one or more client locations.
• Maintain various floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols when using chemical cleaners and powered equipment to avoid damage.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, meeting spaces, hallways, and entrance areas regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles, utilizing compactors as needed for certain materials.
• Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate products and tools.
• Conduct spot cleaning of carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing tasks.
• Restock restroom paper goods and sanitary supplies as needed.
• Follow a prescribed housekeeping schedule diligently.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers.
• Carry out other related duties as directed by job scope or client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or at least six months' experience in janitorial work.
• Training will be provided on the job to ensure skill development.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to carefully follow instructions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles.
• Knowledge of standard custodial practices and commercial cleaning procedures.
• Understanding of floor care techniques, including waxing and buffing.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance is advantageous.

Schedule and Compensation

This position offers a wage of $13 per hour, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, totaling 35 hours weekly.
