Job Duties

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of all floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Adhere to prescribed procedures when using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances.
• Dispose of trash properly and operate compactors for specific waste as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors with suitable products and tools.
• Spot clean carpets and support carpet shampooing and extraction tasks.
• Replenish paper products and hygiene supplies regularly.
• Follow a housekeeping schedule strictly.
• Sometimes operate heavy cleaning machinery, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned relevant to customer needs or job scope.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or alternatively, at least six months of janitorial experience.
• Training for the job duties will be provided on site.
• Strong attention to detail in carrying out tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services.
• Knowledge of custodial standards and commercial cleaning methods.
• Understanding of floor care practices like buffing and waxing.
• Experience with industrial cleaning or maintenance of facilities.

Terms and Conditions

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule from Monday through Sunday, working from 6 AM to 11 AM for a total of 35 hours per week. The hourly wage is $12.
