Key Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new freelance IT specialists to expand our talent pool.
• Manage the recruitment process including conducting independent telephone and virtual interviews as well as negotiating with freelancers.
• Bring your own initiative to explore innovative approaches leading to success.
• Collaborate closely with the on-site IT sales team to align recruitment efforts.
• Build and maintain a sustainable personal network of freelance IT professionals for long-term success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training, degree, or equivalent qualifications.
• Preferably some experience in freelance recruiting.
• A dynamic, creative, and humorous work style combined with strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent command of German and good knowledge of English.
