Job description
Role Overview
We seek a skilled Project Manager to join a technology-focused firm delivering software and digital solutions to a broad client base. This position demands hands-on ownership of delivery, coordinating efforts across Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure projects advance smoothly from initiation to release.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of software projects, including managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and quality controls.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA teams, and external partners to maintain delivery progress and promptly resolve any arising issues.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent updates and confidently addressing delivery risks, assumptions, and concerns.
- Operate within Agile/Scrum frameworks, assist with sprint and release planning, and assume Scrum Master duties as required.
- Maintain rigorous project governance with documentation and reporting and seek opportunities to improve delivery processes, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager in IT, software, technology, or digital sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in completing software projects from start to finish with a solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong skills in managing diverse stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and third-party providers.
- Ability to effectively handle risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, making informed decisions and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-oriented with familiarity in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
