About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven International Voice Process Agent to join our team in Kolkata, focusing on US energy sales. This role involves leveraging your sales expertise to convert conversations into successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients through international voice sales calls, primarily in the US market.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-paced environment.
- Maintain strong communication and persuasive skills to maximize conversion rates.
- Effectively handle inbound and outbound sales calls based on the US energy sector requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in International Sales or International BPO operations.
- Candidates with domestic sales background are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
- Highly target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
- Comfortable operating within a US-based sales process and time zone.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 33,000 INR.
- Salary paid punctually on the 1st day of every month.
