About the Role
South Pacific Welding Group PT seeks a dedicated Internal Sales Representative to join their energetic team based in Fyshwick, Canberra. This role focuses on delivering superior technical support and solutions, ensuring excellent customer experiences within an industrial and trade environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Develop strong cooperative relationships within your team and across other departments.
- Identify local business expansion opportunities and support efficient warehouse processes.
- Contribute to the overall branch's performance and success.
- Accurately process customer orders using SAP software on time.
- Adhere to the company’s safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Knowledge in welding, fabrication, or a related trade is highly valued.
