  • Gradually increase involvement in advisory and strategic projects.

Our client base is primarily privately owned businesses and individuals, offering a diverse exposure to various industries, ownership structures, and commercial considerations.

Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated with a readiness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Committed to ongoing technical and professional growth.
  • Holds permanent working rights in Australia.

Beyond qualifications, we're seeking a dependable, inquisitive, and professional individual aiming to develop into an outstanding accountant and advisor.

  • Defined career development pathway from Intermediate level progressing to Senior and further.
  • Direct mentorship from managers and directors dedicated to your growth.
  • Opportunities beyond compliance work, including advisory and tax planning engagements.
  • Focus on leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and automation to enhance work processes.
  • Ongoing technical and professional development initiatives.
  • Autonomy with responsibility, no unnecessary micro-management.
  • Additional perks include birthday leave, team events, and a supportive, approachable culture.
