Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and visionary Practice Lead to grow, lead, and innovate our Enterprise Integration practice. Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves steering pre-sales strategies, building strategic client partnerships, and mentoring a team of integration engineers, technical leads, and consultants. You will be pivotal in integrating the latest Agentic AI frameworks, AI-assisted development tools, and automated solutioning into our delivery model to ensure our clients benefit from future-ready, tightly connected enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to cultivate and secure an enterprise pipeline for application modernization and integration projects.
• Design and implement client integration solutions leveraging AI-driven tools, agentic orchestration, and advanced integration architectures to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.
• Represent and promote our advanced integration service offerings to clients while identifying cross-functional opportunities within the broader Digital Engineering division.
• Lead and conduct strategic discovery workshops with clients to analyze backend integration requirements, establish architectural roadmaps, and align solutions with business outcomes.
• Guide and inspire a talented team of Integration Engineers and Tech Leads, embedding modern tools like AI coding assistants and automated testing frameworks into everyday workflows.
• Oversee workforce planning, utilization metrics, and collaborate on recruitment strategies with fellow leadership members.
• Provide hands-on leadership in delivery governance to ensure seamless, secure software integration across complex enterprise ecosystems.
• Occasionally serve as Lead Architect or Consultant on major strategic or exploratory projects to maintain deep technical expertise.
• Manage the financial performance of the Integration practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
• Stay current on cutting-edge developments in API management, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native integration practices, integrating these advances into local methods.
• Work alongside regional development leadership to align strategy and scale growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced leader skilled in managing, mentoring, and expanding technical engineering teams, ideally within professional services or consultancy environments.
• Strong expertise in modern integration techniques, including API-led connectivity, microservices, event-driven patterns, and multi-cloud/hybrid cloud ecosystems.
• Commercially savvy with a track record in pre-sales, estimating scope and effort, managing client relationships, and balancing project constraints.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, contemporary DevOps pipelines, and enterprise middleware architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to advise senior executives and collaborate effectively with technical experts.
