Role Overview
This is a full-time position based onsite in Delhi, India, targeted at a Customer Service Sales Specialist responsible for delivering outstanding support to clients. The incumbent will manage customer inquiries proficiently, resolve problems effectively, uphold professional phone communication standards, and elevate overall customer satisfaction while promoting the company’s product portfolio.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Strong abilities in customer support, service excellence, and satisfaction management
- Prior experience in enhancing customer experience and maintaining phone etiquette
- Proficient verbal and written communication capabilities
- Capability to operate autonomously and also collaborate effectively within a team
- Experience in the adhesive or sealant sectors will be advantageous
- Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
