Role Summary

The Installer role involves skilled, timely, and safe installation of diverse products including home appliances, furniture, and electronics at customer sites. This position is critical for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction by delivering professional, accurate setup and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver products securely to residential and commercial locations.
• Unpack, assemble, and install equipment following strict manufacturer guidelines and internal standards.
• Conduct pre-installation inspections and functionality testing after installation.
• Educate customers on proper product use, upkeep, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain excellent customer communication, addressing queries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Complete detailed documentation such as installation reports, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback.
• Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles well-maintained and ready for use.
• Observe all safety rules and company policies diligently.
• Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams to optimize scheduling and installation efficiency.
• Identify and report any damages or defects noticed during installation promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in appliance repair or electronics is advantageous.
• Relevant hands-on installation or assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematic diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with positive driving history.
• Comfortable using manual and power tools.
• Independent worker with effective time management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
