Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Inspector in Hendon who will play a vital part in supporting Australia's agricultural exports and domestic trade sectors. This role involves hands-on inspection of agricultural products to ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry mandates while providing reliable service to our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections of agricultural goods both for export and domestic shipment.
  • Adhere to standards set under Trade Assurance Services agreements and relevant regulatory frameworks during export inspections.
  • Produce precise and timely inspection reports and necessary documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to clarify and fulfill their inspection needs.
  • Continually enhance skills, expertise, and qualifications pertinent to the role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current Australian driver's license is mandatory.
  • Previous exposure or familiarity with agricultural sectors, commodity inspections, export operations, or related fields is highly advantageous.
  • Accreditations such as Australian Government Authorised Officer PGG3001 and BVI3001 are preferred but not compulsory.
  • Competent in creating clear, accurate reports supported by strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
