Role Overview
Axia Computer Systems Limited is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Information Technology Sales Specialist to join our expanding network and business solutions team. This role focuses primarily on vendor product sales through telephone communication, aiming to boost revenue and customer satisfaction within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls proactively to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Handle incoming customer calls providing product information, pricing, quotations, and processing orders while ensuring excellent service standards.
- Maintain and enhance thorough knowledge of products and market trends.
- Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in IT sales.
- Strong commercial awareness coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in telephone sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Computer literacy with an interest or background in IT or reseller markets considered advantageous.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
