Primary Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard leading recruiters and hiring managers throughout Bahrain to join the Workistry platform
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies looking for collaboration on talent acquisition
• Create and implement strategies to grow the Workistry recruiter network within Bahrain
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for employer partners
• Act as the official representative of Workistry at recruitment events, industry meetings, and professional conferences in Bahrain

Candidate Profile and Qualities

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience within Bahrain, either in an agency setting or corporate in-house role
• Existing robust professional network comprising hiring managers, HR specialists, or recruiters based in Bahrain
• Successful history of placing candidates across various industry sectors
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Proficient with digital recruitment tools including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and professional networking applications

Compensation

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 55,000 to 65,000.
