About the Role
Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR strategies align with business goals and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, as well as compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, driving initiatives related to people management, culture, and organizational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to provide professional and confidential support to employees and stakeholders.
- Manage comprehensive HR operations ensuring consistency with business objectives, brand integrity, and company values.
- Plan and oversee the annual HR budget, optimizing resource use and cost control.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and standards compliant with both company expectations and local UAE legislation.
- Guarantee adherence to UAE Labour Law and statutory employment regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent in alignment with workforce planning.
- Promote talent development through succession planning, coaching, and career advancement programs.
- Facilitate workforce planning, payroll management, and HR information systems to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, ideally within luxury hotels or an international hospitality context.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labor Law, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and overall HR operations.
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Deep understanding of workforce planning, payroll coordination, HR budgeting, and employee benefits management.
- Proficient with HR information systems, Microsoft Office suite, and HR reporting tools.
