Human Resources Executive

About the Role

We are seeking focused, results-driven professionals to join our recruitment team as Operations and International Recruitment Associates (OIRA). The role involves recruiting IT developers, engineers, AI researchers, and other skilled experts globally. Candidates will engage with department leads to define job requirements, craft appealing job descriptions, source and screen applicants through multiple channels including phone, LinkedIn, Teams, and Telegram, and conduct interviews to build a diverse, high-caliber team.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possession of a university degree (preferably MSc, MA, MBA, or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of one year's experience in recruitment, proficient in interview methodologies, candidate sourcing, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication capabilities, strong organizational and time management aptitude, along with relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in cultivating trustworthy and collaborative professional relationships.
• Ability to develop strategic recruitment approaches and make prompt, independent decisions.
