Role Overview
The HR Coordinator, part of the partnership between Hatch and Ma'aden, supports HR services and positive employee experience throughout Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing HR operations and administrative duties across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, record keeping, compliance, and reporting. Collaboration with employees, managers, shared service teams, and external vendors ensures professional and accurate HR process delivery aligned with corporate policies and local laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle events.
- Maintain detailed employee records, files, HR systems, and documentation with accuracy.
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, certificates, letters, and other formal HR documents.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed timely and correctly.
- Coordinate with the HR Service center to keep employee data accurate in HR information systems.
- Produce HR reports, workforce analytics, and personnel metrics as requested.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies for employee files and records.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR administration inquiries and requests.
- Manage employee documentation requests including employment verification and certificates.
- Support HR communications, employee engagement initiatives, and administrative coordination of meetings and announcements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, Saudi labor laws, and internal governance.
- Assist with government-related HR administrative tasks such as visa, work permit, iqama, GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa processing.
- Liaise with government authorities, external vendors, medical and service providers as necessary.
- Contribute to ongoing HR process improvements and administrative efficiency.
- Handle sensitive employee information and business data with strict confidentiality.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, personnel administration, or employee services.
- Certifications such as aPHRi or CIPD Level 3 are preferred.
- Experience within a multinational company environment is advantageous.
- Background in consulting or professional services industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Saudi employment regulations and HR administrative practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Work Environment and Schedule
The office is located in Riyadh at Servecrop, Business Gate. Working days are from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
