About the Role
Ultainfinity Global Group is seeking skilled and proactive individuals to join our recruitment team as Operations and International Recruitment Associates (OIRA). This full-time remote role requires owning a personal laptop and focuses on recruiting talented IT developers, AI researchers, and various professionals to expand our global technology workforce.
Responsibilities
The daily tasks include collaborating with department heads to define job requirements, crafting compelling job advertisements, sourcing high-caliber candidates, screening via calls and online platforms such as LinkedIn and Telegram, and participating in interview processes to build a diverse and strong team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a relevant degree, preferably a Master’s such as MSc, MA, MBA, or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- At least one year of experience in recruitment with familiarity in interviewing, sourcing, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruiting technologies.
- Exceptional skills in communication, organization, time management, and relationship building.
- Proven ability to foster cooperative work relationships based on trust and to make decisive, strategic decisions independently.
