Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing comprehensive HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, payroll support, HR reporting, and site administration within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with manpower requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures, including employee clearances and exit formalities.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee HR-related inquiries and address grievances promptly.
- Improve workplace atmosphere by fostering employee engagement and assisting in organizing company events.
- Support performance appraisal systems by setting standards, conducting reviews, and collaborating on improvement plans.
- Identify staff training needs, coordinate delivery, and assess training effectiveness; conduct induction and cGMP-related trainings.
- Assist with payroll activities, benefits administration, and respond to compensation-related questions.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies; maintain accurate employee documentation.
- Monitor attendance using HR E-track Time Lite system and analyze HR metrics for management insights.
- Manage site administration including pest control, security, employee health checkups, and handling GMP-related documents and corrective actions.
- Support the General Manager Operations with projects and related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate degree such as MBA in Human Resources or MSW or equivalent in HR management.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR generalist, ideally within pharmaceutical, API, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing.
- Practical experience in recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, training coordination, and attendance management.
- Preferred certifications in labor law compliance, industrial relations, and training in cGMP awareness or QMS documentation.
