About Whisper Hospital

Whisper Hospital is a nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to offering accessible, quality medical and educational services for children and families in Uganda. Located in Jinja, the hospital serves about 1,000 children monthly and has expanded to include a maternity ward, delivering life-saving care at minimal cost. Additionally, the charity runs a school in Kagoma Gate Village that educates 150 students from one of the most impoverished communities in the Jinja District. The hospital’s operations depend on donations, fundraising efforts, and volunteer participation, fostering a mission-driven culture focused on supporting vulnerable populations.

The incumbent will ensure labour law compliance, provide strategic workforce planning advice to leadership, and facilitate training and staff development programs. Collaboration with hospital management is essential to cultivate an equitable, supportive, and high-achieving organizational culture.
