Overview
We are seeking an HR Recruiter based in Mumbai to handle the complete recruitment cycle. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure seamless hiring.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles.
- Source potential candidates using multiple channels.
- Screen applications and shortlist eligible candidates.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding of new hires.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work proactively with a target-oriented approach.
