Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment processes for various job roles.
• Source potential candidates utilizing job portals, social media platforms, and employee references.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with company management.
• Prepare offer letters, follow up with candidates, and oversee joining-related formalities.
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers and generate daily hiring reports.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand and address manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 and 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication abilities and adeptness in managing candidates.
• Familiarity with job portals and innovative sourcing methodologies.
• A goal-driven and proactive mindset.
• Experience recruiting for the real estate industry is advantageous.

Salary Information

The compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 monthly, depending on experience.
