Role Overview
The HR & Payroll Specialist is tasked with managing comprehensive HR administrative functions and payroll tasks across all phases of the employee lifecycle. This includes ensuring precise employee record-keeping, leading the payroll process, handling HR documentation, and maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable local laws. By collaborating with managers and employees, this position helps uphold operational excellence and drives HR process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative activities throughout employee tenure.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive employee documentation and accurate records.
- Lead payroll procedures, guaranteeing prompt and precise payroll inputs.
- Handle attendance tracking, absence and leave management, and update employee information.
- Assist with onboarding, contract modifications, and employee exit processes.
- Update and maintain employee data within HR systems such as SAP and TETA.
- Ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy of HR and payroll information.
- Compile HR-related reports, metrics, and analyses as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and support digital HR transformation efforts.
- Deliver support to staff and supervisors on HR and payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment legislation.
- Support audits, fulfill reporting requirements, and uphold internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Payroll functions.
- Proficient with SAP and HR/payroll platforms such as TETA, RCP, OnPoint, PŁATNIK, and PUE.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
- Embrace a digital mindset with interest in AI-driven tools and process automation within HR.
- Understand payroll workflows and employee data management requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Polish Labour Law.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional detail orientation and dedication to data accuracy.
- Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information sensitively.
- Proactive, solution-driven, and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary
The gross salary range for this position is 10,000 PLN to 12,000 PLN.
