About the Role
Marinetech Safety And Shipping Corporation is seeking a seasoned HR professional with at least 5 to 6 years of practical experience to autonomously handle essential HR operations along with payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complete payroll processes along with coordinating salary disbursements.
- Maintaining accurate attendance, leave records, and overall employee documentation.
- Verifying and approving expenses as required.
- Overseeing the entire cycle of employee onboarding and exit procedures.
- Addressing daily HR operations and responding to employee inquiries efficiently.
- Ensuring adherence to statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, gratuity, and managing all associated documentation.
- Maintaining updated HR records, policy documents, and compliance paperwork.
- Liaising with accounting and senior management regarding payroll, reimbursements, and employee-related issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of direct experience in HR roles.
- Proficient knowledge in payroll handling, attendance management, core HR functions, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and labor law processes.
