About the Role
Intralox values its people above all else and is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join their UK People and Culture team in Kingswinford. This role is ideal for an HR professional who favors a practical, operational approach while fostering close partnerships with business leaders to drive success. The position offers wide-ranging responsibilities across the business, a dynamic manufacturing setting, and chances to engage in UK-specific HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily HR support and guidance to operational leaders across the UK facility.
- Keep abreast of UK employment laws, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Oversee employee benefits and wellbeing programs.
- Manage absence procedures and ensure policy adherence.
- Maintain and refine HR processes, procedures, and operations.
- Lead recruitment campaigns, coordinating with external recruitment agencies.
- Work closely with HR specialists in areas such as HRIS, Health & Safety, and Employee Development.
- Engage in UK-focused projects and ongoing improvement efforts.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making and uncover improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- At least five years' experience in a generalist HR capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of UK employment legislation and established HR practices.
- Experience ensuring HR process compliance and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and HR-related software systems.
- Ability to interpret data effectively to inform HR strategies.
Preferred Background
- Experience in manufacturing or business-to-business environments.
- Knowledge or exposure to HR technology, artificial intelligence tools, and analytics.
- Experience working in international or multi-site organizations.

Location and Travel
This full-time position is based onsite in Kingswinford, United Kingdom. Applicants should reside within reasonable commuting distance. The role requires occasional visits to the company's EMEA Headquarters in the Netherlands, estimated 3–4 times annually.
